Do Admiral offer Avios with new policy purchases?

In line with the current FCA regulations, we do not currently offer Avios with purchases of our motor or home insurance products. We may still have Avios available on our Pet and Travel Insurance products, so it’s always best to keep an eye out.

I believe I’m entitled to Avios for a previous purchase, what’s next?

If you saw the Avios offer on a third-party site prior to 31/12/21, we operate 90–120-day terms from the point of purchase for fulfilment. If you’re still within the first 90-days of purchase, please wait until after this period. If 120 days has passed, please visit our contact us page to give us a call.

Do you currently have any offers or discounts open to blue light workers or military personnel?

In line with the current FCA regulations, we do not currently offer vouchers with purchases of our motor or home insurance products. Refer a Friend scheme

Where can I find out more about your Refer a Friend scheme?

We’ve made it easy with our dedicated Refer a Friend homepage.

How much money can I earn?

Existing customers can earn up to £75 per successful referral. Our referral incentives range from £20 for Home and Travel cover, £60 for single car, and up to £75 for Multi products. For a full breakdown, visit our Refer a Friend homepage here. Please note, rewards are only payable to existing customers who introduce Admiral to their friends or family.

I referred a friend or family member but still haven’t received my reward, what’s next?

You can expect to receive your money within 90 days from the policy purchase date. In case of a successful referral, your money can be paid out via bank or PayPal-transfer. If you’re still waiting for your reward after 90 days, please visit our contact us page to give us a call.

I was referred to Admiral by a friend or family member but still haven’t received my reward, what’s next?

If you were referred to us and purchased your new policy before 23/12/21, rewards were split equally with your friend or family member.

If you were referred to us and purchased your new policy after 24/12/21 onwards, rewards are only payable to the friend or family member who referred you.

Eligible customers can expect to receive their money within 90 days from the policy purchase date. In case of a successful referral, money can be paid out via bank or PayPal-transfer. If 90-days has passed, please visit our contact us page to give us a call.

Returning customers

Do Admiral offer vouchers to returning customers?

In line with the current FCA regulations, we do not currently offer vouchers for customers returning to Admiral from another insurer on our motor or home insurance products. We may still have offers available on our Pet and Travel Insurance products, so keep an eye on your emails for our latest offers.

Admiral Rewards

Admiral Rewards as you currently know it is now closed. Customers were able to add their bank details to their Admiral Rewards account until 30 November 2021 to redeem their funds. An extension to this deadline was given to those having difficulty accessing their accounts until 6 December 2021. After 7 December 2021 we are unable to process any redemption payments and unclaimed cash rewards will be donated to charity.
