If you're one of the millions of people worldwide renting out your property on home sharing sites such as Airbnb, Wimdu, Onefinestay, and Homestay, you'll need specialist host insurance cover in place.
Not all home insurance policies offer the right cover for hosting paying guests in your home, and, for some, it could even invalidate your normal home insurance.
Though the number of people advertising their homes on these sites is on the rise, there's still some confusion among hosts over how offering your home for paid, short-term accommodation affects your insurance.
And we know shopping around for different types of insurance is a pain, which is why we’ve created the simple host cover bolt-on for homeowners to add to their new home insurance policies below.
Choose from three levels of cover, each with a range of different features that you can tailor to suit you.
Our great value Home Insurance package covers the essentials.
