Terms and conditions

1. By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”), participants accept and are bound by these terms and conditions and Admiral’s Privacy Policy (together the “Terms and Conditions”).
2. The promoter of the Promotion is EUI Limited (trading as Admiral) whose registered office is at Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH (the “Promoter”).
3. The Promotion is open to selected current Admiral policy holders only (“Participants”).
4. The Promotion will run from 1 July 2026 to 31 October 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
5. The Promotion consists of four separate monthly prize draws (each a “Monthly Draw”), each corresponding to a calendar month within the Promotion Period.
6. Each Monthly Draw will have one (1) winner (each a “Winner”). Each Winner will receive one (1) £500 National Trust Holidays voucher (the “Prize”).
7. The Prize must be used to book, and the relevant holiday must be taken, by 31 October 2027.
8. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered by the Promoter.
9. There are two (2) methods to enter the Promotion (each an “Entry”). To enter the Promotion, Participants must either:
   1. Scan the QR code on their printed Welcome Letter, and change their document preferences to Online Documents; or
   2. Click the ‘Switch to Online Documents’ button in their Welcome Email, and change their document preferences to Online Documents.
10. If a Participant reverts back to printed documents during the relevant Entry Period (defined below), their Entry for that Monthly Draw will not be counted
11. Each Participant will only be eligible to enter one (1) Monthly Draw
12. Each Monthly Draw will have a separate entry period (each an “Entry Period”):
    1. Monthly Draw 1: 00.00 on 1 July 2026 to 23:59 on 31 July 2026
    2. Monthly Draw 2: 00.00 on 1 August 2026 to 23:59 on 31 August 2026
    3. Monthly Draw 3: 00.00 on 1 September 2026 to 23:59 on 30 September 2026
    4. Monthly Draw 4: 00.00 on 1 October 2026 to 23:59 on 31 October 2026
13. Any Entries received outside of the relevant Entry Period will not be valid for that Monthly Draw and will not roll over into any subsequent Monthly Draw.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to omit any perceived fraudulent entries from the Promotion.
15. For each Monthly draw, a Winner will be selected at random from all valid Entries received during the relevant Entry Period using a computer-generated process that produces verifiable random results.
16. Winners will be notified via the email address registered to their Admiral Insurance policy within 14 working days following the end of the relevant Entry Period.
17. Winner must respond to the notification email sent by the Promoter (“Winner Acknowledgement”) within 14 working days, in order to claim the Prize. If no Winner Acknowledgment is received by the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative Winner.
18. The Promoter will send the Prize to the Winner via post or email within 30 days of the receipt of a valid Winner Acknowledgement
19. The Winners agree to the use of their name in any publicity material. Their name and county of residence may be disclosed to other Participants upon request. Personal data will be handled in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
20. Participants may request the Winner's name and county of residence by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: EUI Limited, Partnership Marketing Team, Marketing, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH Requests must be made between 1 August 2026 and 31 December 2026.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any technical or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any Participant from entering the Promotion.
22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failings, disruptions or cancellations caused to the Prize unless these are caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
23. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Promotion.
24. These Terms and Conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
25. The National Trust (“National Trust”) is not a sponsor of this Promotion. Neither National Trust nor the Promoter are responsible if the Prize is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. The Prize is subject to National Trust Holidays Terms and Conditions which are as follows:

National Trust holidays booking T&Cs

1. The Prize consists of a National Trust Holidays voucher worth £500.
2. The Winner may use the voucher as part payment towards a higher-value holiday and pay any outstanding balance.
3. The holiday is subject to availability and does not include any additional extras.
4. The National Trust will not cover any additional transport, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred in connection with the Prize, and the holiday is self-catering.
5. The winner may choose from the available locations listed on the National Trust Holidays website: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/holidays.
6. No cash alternative, refund or exchange will be offered. The Winner must be aged 18 or over.
7. The Prize must be selected from the current National Trust Holiday website and cannot be used to purchase National Trust gift cards or vouchers, nor redeemed against any existing bookings.
8. The Prize is not valid for Historic House Hotels or properties managed by third parties.
9. Employees and volunteers of the National Trust, their partners, and family members are not eligible to participate.
10. The holiday must be booked and taken by 31st October 2027.
11. If the chosen holiday costs less than £500, the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be used for a second booking.

13. To book, the Winner must email guestrelations@nationaltrust.org.uk and provide the reference number issued by the Promoter to confirm their eligibility.
