Log in to the PawSquad app on your phone or through their website.
If you’re on a Multi Pet policy, tick which one of your pets you’re worried about.
Choose the 24/7 vet service – this is free to access with your policy.
You can either choose to be connected to a vet there and then, or book a time slot later that works for you.
You'll get a detailed report afterwards, with everything you spoke about and the vet's advice. You can share this report with your registered vet if you'd like.

No, at the moment the vets can't prescribe your pet any medication that's prescription-only.
They'd need to refer to you a physical vet practice if your furry friend needs any prescription medicine.
No, you don’t have to – but PawSquad recommends video, as it helps the vet get a real understanding of your pet and what’s going on.
If you want, you can start the chat in one format and then change halfway through. For instance, you might start with a text but switch to a video call.
