Here are the top three reasons you might not get your charity cashback
When completing the purchase of your charity cashback policy, you may be presented with other quotes, possibly from a comparison site. Remember, you will only receive charity cashback on purchases initiated from this page. Make sure you do not retrieve a quote from a previous session.
Some charity cashback offers are limited to a particular level of cover. For example, if the offer is for Platinum Combined home cover you won’t receive the charity cashback if you buy Gold Buildings cover.

Family Legal Protection |
Up to £100,000 in legal costs to cover claims such as: property and employment disputes, along with personal injury claims. There must be reasonable prospects of success, meaning your claim must have 51% or more chance of success. You'll get a dedicated advice line and a team of solicitors if you need to make a claim. Anything before your cover start date isn’t covered and waiting periods apply before some areas of cover. |

For pet insurance, Admiral introduce to Insurance Factory Ltd who arrange and administer the policy. Insurance Factory Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (No. 306164). The policy is underwritten by Zenith Insurance plc, registered in Gibraltar No. 84085 with registered office address: 846 - 848 Europort, Gibraltar. Zenith Insurance plc is authorised by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission and subject to a limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority in respect of underwriting business in the UK (No: 211787).
The policy must be in force for a minimum of 14 days in order to qualify for the promotion.
The customer should expect to receive the cashback in their cashback account 90 days after their policy purchase date.
To enter the promotion, the customer must: -
Click the tracked link via the partner site and generate a new policy quote.
Purchase the policy immediately using that quote to be eligible for any cashback.
Provide the correct quote reference number if calling to accept.
The customer can call to accept or accept the policy online. If the customer accepts online, the cashback will be tracked within 24 hours. If accepted over the phone, the cashback will not be tracked until the validation period is over (90 days from the purchase date).
Whilst the vast majority of transactions track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a ‘Missing Cashback’ query to the partner site within 30 days of the transaction, the partner site will be unable to chase up claims older than this.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate this promotion in whole or in part at any time.
The terms and conditions of this promotion do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of any other Admiral Insurance policy.
Applications for insurance policies provided by the Promoter are subject to its normal terms and conditions including its underwriting criteria. The Promoter reserves the right to decline any application for any insurance policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases, the customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback.
Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the receipt and use of the cashback may result in the forfeiture of the cashback and termination of the insurance policy.
These terms and conditions are to be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Exclusions
Cashback is not available for any Admiral Group brand policy renewals (including any other Admiral Group brands including Diamond, Elephant or Bell).
Cashback will be paid for new policy purchases made within the UK for the following products:

If the policy is cancelled by the customer or Admiral within 14 days of the policy start date, the customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback.
The cashback will only be payable if the insurance premium is paid in full, or if monthly direct debit payments are kept up to date.
Cashback will not be payable if a saved quote is used to purchase a policy. Customers must click the tracked link in order to generate a new quote and purchase their new policy immediately.
This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with Admiral Rewards or any other Admiral promotions, offers, vouchers or discount codes including any other student or staff discounts.
Price comparison quotes will not be accepted as this will result in the cashback being declined.
