Charges and Fees explained

Admiral is a trading name of EUI Limited. As well as your insurance with the Authorised Insurers, you’ve got a separate agreement with EUI Limited who administers the policy. This agreement covers specific insurance intermediary services provided to you on top of the other services EUI Limited may provide on behalf of the Authorised Insurers.

The services and charges applied under this agreement are shown below and will be taken using the payment details you’ve provided.

Cancellation within 14 days

To cancel your cover, please get in touch. If you cancel within 14 days of buying your cover EUI Limited charge to cover the costs of setting up your policy and cancelling it.

You’ll get charged if you cancel before the cover begins but don’t worry about multiple cancellation charges, if you have more than one product with us, we’ll take the highest cancellation charge that applies from the list below.

Cancellation after 14 days

If you want to cancel your insurance, please get in touch. If you cancel after the 14 day cooling-off period, but before your cover ends, EUI Limited will charge to cover set up and cancellation costs.

We’ll also charge for the time on cover – if you’ve made a claim the full price for the year will charged. If your policy covers more than one product, we’ll choose the highest cancellation charge from the list below. There’s also a £5 charge if you’ve bought any motor Policy Upgrades.

Voided Policy

If your policy is declared void due to misrepresentation or fraud, EUI Limited will apply an intermediary charge to cover the costs of setting up the policy and confirming the voidance.

Removal of an item from your policy

If you want to remove something from your policy, EUI Limited will apply a charge to cover the costs of changing the policy.

If you have more than one item on cover, you may have been given a discount on the total cost, removing any items during the policy term will mean you lose your discount and your overall premium will be adjusted for any remaining items.

Removing one item won’t result in your policy being cancelled but there will be a £5 charge if you’ve included any motor Policy Upgrades.
