    Terms and conditions

    1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is provided by EUI Limited (trading as Admiral) whose registered address is Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EH (the "Promoter").
    2. The Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over (“Participants”).
    3. By entering the Promotion, Participants accept and are bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
    4. Employees of the Admiral Group of companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not permitted to enter.
    5. By entering the Promotion, the Participant has the chance to win the following prizes: (i) a £600 Canopy & Stars Gift Card, (ii) a £100 Sainsbury’s Fuel Gift Card, (iii) a £150 Sainsbury’s Groceries Gift Card, and (iv) a £100 The Board Game Hut Gift Voucher (the “Prize”)
    6. To enter the Promotion, Participants must comment and include their number one rule for staying safe on car journeys and tag 3 friends on the designated Admiral Instagram (@admiral_insurance_uk) post in respect of this Promotion (a link to these Terms and Conditions shall be provided in the bio of the designated Admiral Instagram page). Only one entry per Participant is permitted. Additional entries by a Participant will not be considered or responded to.
    7. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random from all valid entries, by a computer-generated process that produces verifiable random results (a “Winner”)
    8. The Canopy & Stars voucher is intended for the Winner and up to three guests (maximum four people in total), all of whom must be aged 18 or over. This is a staycation prize and does not include comprehensive travel arrangements; however, a £100 Sainsbury’s Fuel Gift Card is included as a separate prize element to contribute towards travel costs. Participants are reminded to follow road safety rules, including ensuring that all passengers wear seatbelts and that vehicles are not overfilled.
    9. This Promotion will be run via Instagram only.
    10. The Promotion opens at midday on Wednesday 20 August 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and closes at 23:59 on Wednesday 27 August 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
    11. The Promoter will announce the Winner via a comment on the original Instagram post from which the Winner entered the Promotion.
    12. The Promoter will contact each Winner via the Promoter’s Instagram account (@admiral_insurance_uk). All personal data collected in relation to this Promotion (name, email address and postal address) will be deleted the earlier of: (i) within 12 months of the Promotion competition ending; or (ii) following confirmation that the Winner has received their Prize. Existing customers who have communicated with the Promoter before entering the Promotion may have their details kept for longer as required for the administration of their policy.
    13. Each Winner will be required to contact the Promoter to claim their Prize by responding to the Promoter’s Instagram message or by emailing socialmedia@admiralgroup.co.uk (“Winner Acknowledgement”).
    14. The Promoter will send the Prize to the Winner via email, social media message or post within 14 days of receipt by the Promoter of the Winner Acknowledgement.
    15. If no Winner Acknowledgement is received by the Promoter from a Winner by 23:59 on Thursday 4th September 2025, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.
    16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value. This applies to the Prize as a whole or certain elements of it. The Prize must be accepted as offered and there is no cash alternative.
    17. Participants agree that their data may be used by the Promoter for marketing purposes, unless they opt out. To opt out of such marketing, Participants should email the Promoter at InformationRightsTeam@admiralgroup.co.uk. Any personal data provided to the Promoter will be used in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
    18. Participants will require access to the internet to enter the Promotion. The Promoter shall not be liable for any technical or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any Participant from entering.
    19. Entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received for whatever reason or not in accordance with the Promoter's instructions may not be entered in the Promotion.
    20. Entries that contain content which is deemed by the Promoter, at its entire discretion, to be offensive, obscene, inappropriate, harmful, illegal or derogatory will not be entered in the Promotion. Repeated entries to the Promotion will not be accepted.
    21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failings, disruptions or cancellations caused to the Prize unless these are caused by the Promoter's negligence.
    22. The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Their name and county of residence may be disclosed to other Participants upon request. Personal data will be handled in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
    23. Participants may request the Winner's name and county of residence by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: EUI Limited, Product Marketing Team, Marketing, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH. Requests must be made after the Closing date and before Thursday 18th September 2025.  
    24. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Promotion.
    25. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
    26. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Canopy & Stars, Sainsbury’s or Board Game Hut.
    27. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
