Refer a Friend Christmas Giveaway

Terms and conditions:

1. Admiral is a trading name of EUI Limited (Company Number 02686904) whose registered office is at Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH (“Admiral”).
2. This Prize Draw is available to existing Admiral customers only (“Participants”).
3. Employees of the Admiral Group of companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with a Prize Draw are not permitted to enter.  
4. The prize draw (“Prize Draw") will select twelve (12) winners (each a “Winner”). Each Winner will receive one (1) £50 voucher (the “Prize”), which they may choose from the following options: (I) £50 M&S e-gift card (II) £50 John Lewis e-gift card (III) £50 Amazon.co.uk gift card*. *Restrictions apply to the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. 5. Prizes will be sent via email to the Winners.
6. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Admiral’s Privacy Policy.
7. To enter the Prize Draw Participants must sign up to Admiral’s Refer a Friend programme via the following link: https://www.admiral.com/refer-a-friend, share their unique URL and make a successful referral resulting in a product purchase (Motor, Multi, Home, Van, Landlord, Travel, Pet) by friends or family. 8. There is no limit to the number of entries per Participant, each successful referral will be counted as one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.  
9. The Prize Draw opens at 00.00 on Monday 1st December 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and closes at 23:59 on Wednesday 31st December 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received outside of this period (“Entry Period”) will not be counted.
10. Admiral reserves the right to omit any perceived fraudulent entries from the Prize Draw.  
11. The Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries, by a computer-generated process that produces verifiable random results.  
12. Winners will be notified via the email address the Participant used to enter within 28 working days of the Prize Draw Entry Period closing.  
13. Each Winner will be required to contact Admiral to claim their Prize by responding to the email with their choice of voucher (“Winner Acknowledgement”).
14. If no Winner Acknowledgment is received by Admiral by 23:59 10 January 2026, Admiral reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and select an alternative Winner.  
15. Admiral will send the Prize to the Winner via email within 30 days of the receipt of the Winner Acknowledgement.  
16. The Winners agree to the use of his/her/their name in any publicity material., Their name and county of residence may be disclosed to other Participants upon request. Personal data will be handled in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
17. Participants may request the Winner's name and county of residence by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: EUI Limited, Product Marketing Team, Marketing, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH. Requests must be made after the Closing date and before Saturday 28 February 2026.  
18. Admiral shall not be liable for any technical or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any Participant from entering a Prize Draw.
19. Admiral shall not be liable for any failings, disruptions or cancellations caused to the Prize unless these are caused by Admirals negligence.
20. Admiral’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
21. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
