Terms and conditions:
- Admiral is a trading name of EUI Limited (Company Number 02686904) whose registered office is at Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH (“Admiral”).
- There will be one prize draw (“Prize Draw") comprising of one (1) winner (“Winner”) of £500 (the “Prize”) and five (5) runners up (“Runners Up”) of £50 (a “Secondary Prize”) to be paid via BACS. This Prize Draw is only available to existing Admiral customers.
- Admiral staff (including any Admiral Group companies), their families, and anyone professionally connected with a Prize Draw are not permitted to enter.
- To enter the Prize Draw participants must sign up to Admiral's Refer a Friend programme and make a successful referral resulting in a product purchase (Motor, Multi, Home, Van, Landlord, Travel) by friends or family. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, each successful referral will be counted as one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
- The entry period for the Prize Draw is between 00.00 on Monday 12th August 2024 and 23:59 on Sunday 6th October 2024. Any entries received outside of these times will not be counted.
- Admiral reserves the right to omit any perceived fraudulent entries from the Prize Draw.
- By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Admiral's Privacy Policy.
- Participants are not automatically opted into the Prize Draw and must sign up to Admiral's Refer a Friend programme, share their unique URL and have a friend or family member purchase an Admiral product (Motor, Multi, Home, Van, Landlord, Travel) from their unique URL to enter. - The Winner and Runners Up will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in the Prize Draw and notified via the email address they used to enter within 28 working days of the Prize Draw entry period closing.
- The randomly selected Winner and Runners Up will have 7 working days to respond to the email notification. Should the Winner or Runners Up not respond within this timeframe, Admiral reserve the right to forfeit the Prize or Secondary Prize and randomly select an alternative Winner or Runner Up for that Prize Draw.
- Once the Prize or Secondary Prize has been accepted, the randomly selected Winner and Runners Up will receive the Prize or Secondary Prize within 30 days of notification of their acceptance and provision of their payment details.
- The Winner and Runners Up agree to the use of his/her/their name in any publicity material, and that their name and county of residence may be disclosed to other entrants upon request. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
- Participants can request the names and counties of residence of the Winner and Runners Up at any time from Monday 16th December 2024 until Monday 10th February 2025 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: EUI Limited, ECRM Team, Marketing, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH.
- Admiral shall not be liable for any technical or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any participant from entering a Prize Draw.
- Admiral's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
- These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
