With half term looming, Admiral Car Insurance is urging drivers to be prepared before they pack their car this school holiday, or they could risk breaking driving rules when they hit the road.

Worryingly, 44% of drivers haven’t checked the Highway Code for more than 20 years1, potentially leaving them at risk of breaking the rules of the road before they even set off on their journey.

To help drivers hitting the road this half term, the insurance giant has highlighted 10 driving rules from the Highway Code drivers are at risk of breaking when they pack for a trip away in the car.
