Win a Tech Bundle with Admiral

Terms and conditions:

  1. Admiral is a trading name of EUI Limited (Company Number 02686904) whose registered office is at Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH (“Admiral”).
  2. There will be three prize draws (each a “Prize Draw") as specified in section 5 below. Each Prize Draw comprises of one (1) Tech Bundle (the “Prize”) with a retail value of up to a maximum of £1000. No purchase is necessary to enter a Prize Draw.
  3. Admiral staff (including any Admiral Group companies), their families, and anyone professionally connected with a Prize Draw are not permitted to enter.
  4. To enter a Prize Draw, participants must:
    1. visit the Admiral stand at the relevant Everything Electric 2024 event (details of which are set out below in section 5);

      2. and either

    2. post a photo during the relevant Prize Draw entry period (details of which are set out below in section 5) of the roller banner titled 'Win a Tech Bundle with Admiral' (which will be found at the Admiral stand) on their Twitter and / or Instagram account using the hashtag #AdmiralEV; and
    3. be following the official Admiral social media account on the platform they entered the Prize Draw via (@AdmiralUK on Twitter or @admiral_insurance_uk on Instagram).

      4. Or

    4. post a photo during the relevant Prize Draw entry period (details of which are set out below in section 5) of the roller banner titled 'Win a Tech Bundle with Admiral' (which will be found at the Admiral stand) on their Facebook account tagging @admiralUK and using the hashtag #AdmiralEV; and
    5. scan the QR code titled 'Win a Tech Bundle with Admiral' and complete the online form.
  5. The entry period for each Prize Draw is as follows:
    1. Prize Draw 1: Everything Electric London 2024 (stand G24) between 00.00 on Thursday 28th March 2024 and 23:59 on Saturday 30th March 2024.
    2. Prize Draw 2: Everything Electric North 2024 (stand A62) between 00.00 on Friday 24th May 2024 and 23:59 on Sunday 26th May 2024.
    3. Prize Draw 3: Everything Electric South 2024 (stand E10) between 00.00 on Friday 11th October 2024 and 23:59 on Sunday 13th October 2024.
  6. Maximum of one entry per social media account per Prize Draw. Any social media accounts that are set as 'private' will not be eligible to enter a Prize Draw and Admiral reserves the right to omit any perceived fraudulent entries from a Prize Draw.
  7. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Admiral's Privacy Policy.
  8. Participants are not automatically opted into a Prize Draw and must post a photo of the roller banner titled 'Win a Tech Bundle with Admiral' with the hashtag #AdmiralEV on their Twitter and / or Instagram accounts; or post a photo of the roller banner titled 'Win a Tech Bundle with Admiral' with the hashtag #AdmiralEV on their Facebook account and complete the online form, accessible via QR code, in order to enter. Instagram stories will not be eligible for entry to a Prize Draw.
  9. The entry period for each Prize Draw is specified in section 5 of these terms. Any entries received outside of these times will not be counted.
  10. There will be one winner for each Prize Draw (a “Winner”). Each Winner shall receive the Prize.
  11. Each Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in each Prize Draw and notified via the social media account or email address they used to enter within 28 working days of the relevant Prize Draw entry period closing.
  12. The randomly selected Winner will have 7 working days to respond to the initial notification from a verified Admiral social media account, or admiralgroup.co.uk email address. Should the Winner not respond within this timeframe, Admiral reserve the right to forfeit the Prize and randomly select an alternative winner for that Prize Draw.
  13. Once the Prize has been accepted, the randomly selected Winner will receive the Prize within 30 days of notification of their acceptance and provision of their mailing address.
  14. Each Winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, and that their name and county of residence may be disclosed to other entrants upon request. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
  15. Participants can request the Winner names and counties of residence at any time from Monday 16th December 2024 until Monday 10th February 2025 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: EUI Limited, ECRM Team, Marketing, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH.
  16. Admiral shall not be liable for any technical or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any participant from entering a Prize Draw.
  17. Admiral reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value. This applies to the Prize as a whole or certain elements of it. The Prize must be accepted as offered and there is no cash alternative.
  18. Admiral's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
  19. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
