January Blues

1. The Promoter is EUI Limited (trading as Admiral) whose registered address is Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EH (the "Promoter")

3. The prize promotion is open to all Admiral customers who download the Admiral app and/or log a trip through MyTrips.
4. Employees of the Admiral Group of companies, their families and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not permitted to enter.
5. By entering this competition entrants are deemed to accept and will be bound by these Terms and & Conditions.
6. There is no cost to enter the competition.
7. The prize promotion will be run from 00:01 on the eleventh day of January 2021. The closing date of the prize promotion will be 23:59 on the seventeenth day of January 2021.
8. All entries will be submitted automatically via the successful completion of an app download and/or sending a trip and only one entry per person will be counted.
9. The winners will be chosen by random draw within the first two weeks of the closing date ("Draw Date").
10. There will be 250 winners selected at random who have downloaded the app and 250 winners selected at random that have sent a trip. Each winner will receive a £10 Just Eat voucher.
11. The winners will be notified by email, so must have a valid email address associated with their account to receive the e-voucher.
12. The prize will be sent to the winner by email within 30 days of being notified of their win.
13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failings, disruptions or cancellations caused to the prize unless these are caused by the Promoter's negligence.
18. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
19. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh Courts.

Just Eat is not a sponsor of this promotion. Just Eat e-vouchers may be redeemed on the just-eat.co.uk website towards the purchase of eligible products to delivery or takeaway restaurants in the UK displayed on their website. The voucher cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account.
