1. Admiral is a trading name of EUI Limited (Company Number 02686904) whose registered office is at Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH.
2. This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) comprises of a £100 B&Q gift voucher for 5 winners. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
3. Maximum of one entry per household, multiple entries will not be accepted.
4. Admiral staff, their families, and anyone professionally connected with this Prize Draw are not permitted to enter.
5. This Prize Draw is only open to existing Admiral car insurance customers who between 00.00 on Monday 4th March 2024 and 23:59 on Monday 15th April 2024 (the “Promotion Period”) must click on the promotional email or scan the QR code on the promotional postcard and generate a new home insurance quote to add their home to their car insurance policy in their Admiral MyAccount.
6. By entering this Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Admiral's Privacy Policy.
7. Participants are not automatically opted into this Prize Draw and must generate a new home insurance quote to add their home to their car insurance policy to enter.
8. The entry period for this prize draw is between 00.00 on Monday 4th March 2024 and 23:59 on Monday 15th April 2024.
9. Quotes generated outside of the Promotion Period as specified above will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
10. The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via the email address provided within 28 working days of the Promotion Period ending.
11. The randomly selected winners will receive a B&Q gift Card by email amounting to the value of £100 only within 28 days of the Promotion Period ending.
12. Applications for insurance quotes and policies provided by Admiral are subject to its normal terms and conditions including its underwriting criteria. Admiral reserves the right to decline any application for an insurance quote and / or policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases, the prize winner will not be eligible to receive the prize.
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, and that their name and county of residence may be disclosed to other entrants upon request. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
14. Entrants can request the winner's name and county of residence at any time from Monday 20th May 2024 until Monday 22nd July 2024 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: EUI Limited, ECRM Team, Marketing, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH.
15. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
