When completing the purchase of your cashback policy, you may be presented with other quotes, possibly from a comparison site. Remember, you will only receive cashback on purchases initiated from this page. Make sure you do not retrieve a quote from a previous session.
Check you’re buying the correct level of cover
Some cashback offers are limited to a particular level of cover. For example, if the offer is for Platinum Combined cover you won’t receive the cashback if you buy Gold Buildings cover.
Keep your reference number safe
If you are prompted to phone us, always provide your cashback quote reference number or tell us you’re a cashback customer. We are unable to provide cashback if the policy has not originated from the cashback partner.

If I retrieve a quote, am I eligible for cashback?
Unfortunately no, if you accept a quote from another session, or via a price comparison partner, your cashback will be declined.
Am I eligible for cashback over the phone?
Yes, but the quote must originate online. If you are then directed to call us, you must give a quote reference number from your cashback session and accept in this session.
How long do I need to wait for my cashback?
At Admiral, we will have your cashback in your account within 90 days.
I’m already an Admiral customer, can I get cashback?
Yes, but only with our ‘Add a Car’ offer. If you're already a car insurance customer and you want to upgrade to a MultiCar policy by adding another car, we'll give you £30 cashback. For all other offers, cashback only applies to new customers.

Terms and Conditions for Moneybox cashback
- Admiral is a trading name of EUI Limited (Company Number 02686904) whose registered office is at Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2EH (“the Promoter”).
- This promotion is open to all UK customers over the age of 18 who purchase a new insurance policy from Admiral Insurance via the partner site
- Promotion details: Offering cashback incentives to customers who purchase a new policy through the partner site. Cashback amounts are subject to change.
- The policy must be in force for a minimum of 30 days in order to qualify for the promotion.
- The customer should expect to receive the cashback in their cashback account 90 days after their policy purchase date.
- To enter the promotion, the customer must: -
- Click the tracked link via the partner site and generate a new policy quote.
- Purchase the policy immediately using that quote to be eligible for any cashback.
- Provide the correct quote reference number if calling to accept.
- The customer can call to accept or accept the policy online. If the customer accepts online, the cashback will be tracked within 24 hours. If accepted over the phone, the cashback will not be tracked until the validation period is over (90 days from the purchase date).
- Whilst the vast majority of transactions track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a ‘Missing Cashback’ query to the partner site within 30 days of the transaction, the partner site will be unable to chase up claims older than this.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate this promotion in whole or in part at any time.
- The terms and conditions of this promotion do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of any other Admiral Insurance policy.
- Applications for insurance policies provided by the Promoter are subject to its normal terms and conditions including its underwriting criteria. The Promoter reserves the right to decline any application for any insurance policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases, the customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback.
- Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the receipt and use of the cashback may result in the forfeiture of the cashback and termination of the insurance policy.
- These terms and conditions are to be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Cashback is not available for any Admiral Group brand policy renewals (including any other Admiral Group brands including Diamond, Elephant or Bell).
- Cashback will only be paid for new policy purchases made within the UK.
- If the policy is cancelled by the customer or Admiral within 14 days of the policy start date, the customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback.
- The cashback will only be payable if the insurance premium is paid in full, or if monthly direct debit payments are kept up to date.
- Cashback will not be payable if a saved quote is used to purchase a policy. Customers must click the tracked link in order to generate a new quote and purchase their new policy immediately.
- This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with Admiral Rewards or any other Admiral promotions, offers, vouchers or discount codes including any other student or staff discounts.
- Price comparison quotes will not be accepted as this will result in the cashback being declined.
