What does Lifetime cover mean?

Lifetime pet insurance covers your furry friends for accident and illnesses up to the policy limit you've chosen each year. At renewal the limit resets.

A typical cat or dog may live for 16 years, but our highest annual policy limit of £10,000 lets you claim up to £160,000 during your pet's lifetime just by renewing your policy each year.

Five levels of Lifetime cover to choose from

We've made it easy for you to get the right cover for your pet. All policies come with access to PawSquad, our 24-hour vet helpline.

You can read the full list in the policy booklet.

Transcript

Having an insurance policy for your dog or cat protects against the unexpected.

It covers the cost of vet bills (limits apply) if your dog or cat is injured or becomes ill.

You can also access quality advice from UK-registered vets through PawSquad.

You automatically are entitled to PawSquad when you take out a pet insurance policy with us. But you still need to register with them to get access.

PawSquad give you access to a qualified UK-registered vet 24 hours a day all year round for advice and treatment options over the phone, text or video.

This is what you'll get:

  • Immediate access over text, phone or video call
  • Consultations with a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons registered vet with at least five years of clinical experience
  • A follow-up report on your pet's health and treatment plan
  • Awareness of treatment options tailored to your dog's needs

Insurance should give you the peace of mind that you always have access to the right care for your dog at a manageable cost.
