Thank you for your support and patience while we take measures to protect our staff, due to Coronavirus safety measures.

We are open for business and here for you. Our call waiting times are currently much longer than usual (approximately 30 mins) so you may prefer to call us only if urgent. We are continuing to prioritise calls for new claims, for example, if you’ve been involved in an incident and your car’s undrivable, or your home’s uninhabitable.

This privacy policy will help you understand how we collect, use and protect your personal data. You acknowledge that by providing your personal data to us, you consent to its processing in the manners outlined below

Who we are

Admiral, Diamond, Bell and are trading names of the data controller EUI Limited (Registered Number 02686904). EUI Limited is part of Admiral Group plc.

Data we collect

We collect survey responses, including personal data, from the answers provided to the surveys operated via the Survey Monkey website. Personal data can include (but is not restricted to) your name, age and e-mail address. We may collect sensitive personal data, depending on the survey to which you are responding.

When data is collected

We will collect your data when you respond to the survey via the Survey Monkey website. In providing its services to us, Survey Monkey act as a data processor. To view their privacy statement please click here.

At all times, EUI Limited will remain the data controller.

How your data is used

We will use your data for:

  • product development
  • statistical research


We will not share your survey information for marketing purposes outside the Admiral Group.

How to make a Subject Access Request

Please provide:

  1. Your name, address, policy/claim number and what information you would like.
  2. Two forms of identification such as a copy of a driving licence, passport, or document containing your signature, and a copy of a recent utility bill that confirms your address. (This is to take reasonable steps to confirm your identity before providing you with details of any personal information we may hold about you.)
  3. A cheque made payable to "EUI Limited" for £10. (In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we are entitled to charge £10 to cover the administration costs.)

Please note that if your SAR involves personal data of other people (such as named drivers on your policy) or you are making a request on behalf of another (such as a parent on behalf of their child), we will need identification from these individuals, as well as a signed letter of authority from them that they are happy for you to act on their behalf and for us to release their data to you.

Information Security

Survey Monkey may store your personal data in a location outside of the European Economic Area. The data protection and other laws of these countries may not be as comprehensive as those in the UK or the EEA. We have taken steps to ensure that your data is given an equivalent level of protection as it is in the EEA.
