Nothing its fine !!
It gave me the cover I need at an acceptable price.
Would have been nice to speak to a human being. But website was really good for selecting an insurance product. Lots of information and helpful advice available on line. So not a problem this time round.
Tone of letters requesting supporting docs was very aggressive & threatening. As a new customer I was shocked by this & wouldn’t recommend Admiral. Phoned to sort out & this wasn’t processed correctly- so followed another awful letter
Staff very easy to deal with and gave me an excellent price,very pleased with whats included in the policey😊
