TopCashback Terms and Conditions

  1. Admiral is a trading name of EUI Limited, (Company Number 02686904) whose registered office is at Ty Admiral, David Street, Cathays, Cardiff. CF10 2EH.
  2. Subject to paragraph 3 below, to earn cashback you must be a new customer to Admiral and have taken out an Admiral Insurance policy after following the "Get cashback" link to Admiral's website from ('TopCashback').
  3. For home insurance policies only new customers who purchase an Admiral Platinum Combined Insurance Policy will be eligible for the cashback.
  4. On clicking 'Get cashback' you will be directed to the Admiral website where you will be required to complete a new quote for Admiral Insurance and purchase this policy to be eligible for cashback. Admiral will track this information and TopCashback shall pay out cashback on applicable policy sales once Admiral has validated the policy sale. You should only use voucher codes listed on TopCashback. If you do not your cashback may not track or be declined.
  5. Cashback will only pay out on valid policy sales which are completed by clicking on the TopCashback link in the same session without exiting your internet browser.
  6. Cashback from TopCashback is only paid out if the user has come through TopCashback as the original source. If you have begun a quote or received a quote from Admiral before coming to TopCashback (whether direct or via a third party such as a price comparison website) your cashback will not be valid.
  7. Cashback is not available to any existing Admiral MultiCover, Car Insurance or Home Insurance customers (including any other Admiral group brand, Diamond, Elephant or Bell) or on any Admiral group brand MultiCover, Car Insurance or Home Insurance policy renewals.
  8. Admiral operates a 120 day validation period from the policy start date before approving the cashback. This means to be eligible for cashback you cannot cancel your policy, nor can your policy be cancelled by Admiral in the first month from the policy start date.
  9. Applications for insurance policies provided by Admiral are subject to its normal terms and conditions including its underwriting criteria. Admiral reserves the right to decline any application for any insurance policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases you will not be eligible for cashback.
  10. Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the receipt and use of cashback may result in the forfeiture of the cashback and termination to the insurance policy.
  11. Please note that transactions may track as zero initially; cashback will be awarded if you qualify with Admiral's terms for cashback as set out above. Cashback may take 40 days from purchase date to appear in your TopCashback account as tracked. It shall then become payable 90 days after commencement of the Admiral Insurance policy if validated by Admiral.
  12. Please DO NOT contact Admiral with regards to TopCashback cashback. Admiral's customer service team cannot resolve cashback earning enquiries. All queries relating to this promotion must be raised with TopCashback.
  13. Whilst the vast majority of transactions from retailers track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' query to TopCashback within 100 days of the transaction, as TopCashback will be unable to discuss older claims.
  14. Cashback rates are subject to change, both up and down.
  15. Admiral may share your personal details with TopCashback in order to validate cashback payments. Any personal data provided to TopCashback by Admiral will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
  16. The terms and conditions of this promotion do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of any Admiral insurance policy which may be purchased.
  17. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
