Kids say the funniest things...about cars

Cars, driving and the subject of motoring is usually the talk of adults but that doesn't mean children don't have their own thoughts and ideas about it. We've created a hilarious video simply by letting the camera roll and asking children aged between 5 and 7 to tell us about cars and motoring.

If children designed cars...

As adults, our dream cars are probably expensive, exclusive and beyond our means. But would your dream car be able to fly, hover or go underwater? Would it have heart shaped wheels or a sweet vending machine? We asked the children in our video, aged between 5 and 7, to draw the car of their dreams and we've enlisted the help of an automotive design student to turn their imaginative ideas into a design reality. Ben Hammonds from Swansea School of Industrial Design has taken different elements from the children's drawings and produced this, the Ultimate Kids Car, as designed by children themselves.
